First of all a big thank you for booking a Digital Camera Course. We strive to make your experience as enjoyable as possible so this page is divided into Gift Voucher and Pre-Booked Course sections. Hopefully it will answer any questions you may have.

Gift Vouchers

Thank you if you have just purchased a Digital Camera Course Gift Voucher.

Please email us here with a few details.

  1. The PayPal name of the purchaser. This is so we can match the Gift Voucher to the recipient.
  2. The voucher persons name so we can personalised their Gift V0ucher .
  3. The address you want the Gift Voucher sending to.
  4. The special occasion so we can send the correct Gift V0ucher to the recipient i.e. Xmas or Birthday
  5. The email address of the recipient so we can keep them inform of upcoming courses.

Please allow up to 7 days for your gift voucher to arrive.

  1. Once the required details are received your vouchers will be emailed in a printable PDF format usually within 48 hours. Please allow up to 7 days before getting concerned.
  2. Anyone buying a gift voucher will be notified by email of forthcoming course dates at least two days before they are displayed on the website

Course Bookings

Thank you if you have just purchased a Digital Compact Camera Course or a Digital SLR course.

You will be sent an email usually within 48 hours confirming your booking.

There are a few things you can do before the course to ensure your experience runs smoothly

  1. Please ensure you have fully charged batteries.
    Better still to buy a spare battery before the course visit www.mymemory.co.uk or www.7dayshop.com
    for batteries at less than half price.
  2. An empty memory card with space for 100 images.
  3. A free buffet lunch is included and there will be a vegetarian option. If you have any allergies or special requirements it may be better to bring a packed lunch. Coffee & biscuits are provided on arrival.
  4. Bring warm clothes and good shoes as the practical sessions do take place outside.
